How to reply to shopper's complaints ?

1. If any shoppers have complaints about your product(s), you will see the number of issues next to the cry face emoji under the corresponding product title.

2. To see customer issues, click the emoji or the number and you will be taken to the complaints page. You will be able to see all complaints and reply to them by clicking the blue Reply button.

3. After you submit your reply, you can still view it by clicking "View reply".
