The promotion saved successfully, but I still can't find my product on VIPON?

VIPON uses US Eastern Standard Time. If the promotion start time is set to 20:00, the promotion will not take effect until 20:00 on the day of the EST. Before that time, the product will not be displayed on VIPON because the promotion is not yet in effect.
